The Chicago Pneumatic CP871K Tire Buffer Kit is a must have for any tire shop that does patchwork, recaps or just prefer to clean the tires before installation. The Chicago Pneumatic 871K uses a built-in regulator to match speed to the job at hand. Using a lock-off throttle to prevent accidental start-up, the Chicago Pneumatic 873K uses low speed to prevent the scorching of tires.
