• All micro filters supplied with pre-assembled automatic overnight drain
• Porous bronze 40 micron filter element allows less pressure drop and longer cleaning intervals
• Safety metal bowl guards or metal bowls available on 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2” models
• Metal bowls only on 3/4” and 1” models
• 3 stage baffle system for exceptional moisture removal
• Sintered bronze elements are permanent and cleanable
• Light weight aluminum die-cast housing
• Element range 5 to 40 microns exactly matching filter and air flow needs
• Corrosion resistant metal bowls
• 1022-8 and 1022-10 include sight glass for visual check of condensation collection
• Micro filters remove harmful oil/water condensate, pipe scale, dirt and rust from compressed air systems
• Install micro filters upstream from regulators to protect against valve and diaphragm failure
• Micro filters are used as pre-filters to coalescing filters to insure high efficiency and long element life in
applications such as spray painting, instrumentation and pharmaceuticals
